Valence Wichita receives hardness and conductivity testing approvals from Boeing and Bombardier

WICHITA, Kan.- Valence Surface Technologies (Valence), the largest independent aerospace and defense product finishing company, has received new Boeing and Bombardier approvals for hardness and conductivity testing at their Wichita facility, formerly known as Chrome Plus International.

Valence Wichita now holds hardness and conductivity approvals for Airbus, Cessna, Spirit, Boeing, and Bombardier.  With the addition of these key approvals, Valence continues to execute on its strategy to streamline the aerospace supply chain by providing its customers a single source for the highest quality aerospace and defense product finishing services.

In the Midwest, Valence has the facility in Wichita, Kansas with capability up to 12-foot parts and an additional site in Grove, Oklahoma, with capability up to 26-foot parts and extensive Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman approvals in addition to commercial aerospace approvals.

Across these two Midwest locations, Valence offers a full range of product finishing services including non-destructive testing (NDT), shot peen, chemical processing, plating, honing and grinding, various spray coatings (primer, topcoat, dry lube, etc.) and value-added sub-assembly services.  Additionally, Valence offers pick up and drop off services to customers in Wichita and throughout the Midwest including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas/Fort Worth, Kansas City, Arkansas, and more.
